  • Candidate should have a degree holder in any technical automotive course or equivalent

  • Requires supervisory skills and has a valid professional driver’s license

  • A solid track record as a workshop superintendent in a leading automotive dealership is an advantage

  • Computer literate, with basic proficiency on MS office utilization

Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

The Production / Operations Supervisor leads all operations of the repair shop and shall manage foremen, technicians, and workers in the general repair, as well as the body and paint shop.

The main goal of the Production / Operations Supervisor is to deliver excellence (Toyota Standards) in repair jobs for customers, while also ensuring a happy, safe, efficient and profitable workshop.
