Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Handle Service and Vehicle Sales Departments' customers with regards to accessories sales.

  • Handle accessories inquiries with regards to price, availability and installation lead time from front liners and customers.

  • Assist Accessories Coordinator at all times.

  • Keep orderliness and cleanliness of Genuine Accessories Display Area.

  • Replenish accessories items on display and monitor stocks and availability.

  • Coordinate with Sales Admin Staff regarding free item accessories requirements.

  • Act as marketing arm of Parts Department in promoting genuine parts and accessories.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

  • Perform other duties and tasks as directed by Parts Manager.
